A report from Russia states that a new affordable model to be launched under Asus Zenfone series later this month. The company has already released multiple SKUs of its ZenFone 2 smartphone series.
The new model is named as ZenFone Go ZC500TG housed with quad-core Media-Tek processor with 2GB RAM and features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels). Whilst, the storage capacity consists of 8GB inbuilt memory with no external storage support, and sports an 8MP rear camera in the Zenfone and front camera to be 2MP.
According to a Russian website that states the device features 3G only whereas, the ZenFone 2 smartphone series supports 4G LTE connectivity. However, the leaks are not confirmed and the information remains questionable.
The Taiwanese company to pack the new ZenFone 2 models with Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets replacing Intel chipsets, revealed at Computex last month, the models includes ZenFone 2 ZE500KL, ZenFone 2 ZE550KL, and ZenFone 2 ZE600KL smartphones.
Last Month Asus has launched ZenFone Selfie smartphone along with next-generation ZenWatch 2 and the new ZenPad tablets. The prime importance of the Asus ZenFone Selfie is that it boasts both 13MP rear camera and front cameras with f/2.0 aperture, laser autofocus, 28mm focal length, and dual-colour Real Tone flash. The UI of Zen comes with enhanced camera tools that include low-light mode, Selfie Panorama mode, backlight (HDR) mode, augmented beautification mode, manual mode, and zero shutter lag.
