Apple, the Cupertino-based giants, are all set to launch a new-generation female focused 4-inch iPhone model in the market. It is expected to launch in the second quarter of 2015, according to rumours which came floating from its supply chain in China.
As earlier reports had indicated, Apple is on its way to discontinue the production of iPhone 5C from next year. After that Apple iPhone 5S will be the only 4-inch iPhone model left.
Apple’s rumoured 4-inch flagship will tend to focus majorly on one hand operations and also will be an attempt to target ‘female users’, according to citings by Gforgames.
However, any further details related to this new generation gadget is limited. Rumours suggest that it will be quite interesting to see how Apple plans to redesign its 4-inch phone, as the company had, in the past, come up with iPhone 5S, 5C and 5, all in the 4-inch category.
A week ago, some report claimed that the Taiwanese supplier for Apple – Pegatron, might get about 50 percent of the manufacturing allocation for the next iPhone. It will be a first time in the history of Apple.
Apple came out this year, with its latest ‘bigger than bigger’ iPhone 6 sporting a 4.7 inch screen and iPhone 6 Plus sporting a 5.5 inch screen, which is claimed to be on its way to a record quarter sales in major markets.
