Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition Launched With Massive 256GB Storage Capacity

asus-zenfone-2-exquisite-zenui-design1Followed by the launch of Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe earlier this month, Asus has officially announced the launch of Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition at an event in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Friday.

According to Asus Fanaticos (via Fonearena), the latest variant has massive 256GB inbuilt memory while other specifications are similar to 64GB variant and 128GB variant. However, they haven’t shared any information on availability and price of Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition (256GB variant).

The dual-SIM Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition(256 GB variant) is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and bears a 5.50-inch full-HD display with 72 percent of screen-to-body ration. The smartphone is backed by a 3000mAh battery and also sports 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The device has dual-standby 4G/ LTE connectivity and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop.

To recap, Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe was launched with a price tag of Rs. 22,999 for 64GB variant, whilst 128GB variant was priced at Rs. 29,999. Along with that, at the same event, the company has also launched two variants of ZenFone Selfie i.e., 16GB and 32GB. The earlier variant comes with 2GB of RAM at a cost of Rs. 15, 999, while the latter variant has 3GB of RAM and priced at Rs. 17,999.

Along with ZenFone Selfie, Asus has also unveiled ZenFone 2 Laser (ZE550KL) with 2GB of RAM and Snapdragon 410 at Rs. 9,999, the ZenFone 2 Laser (ZE550KL) with 3GB of RAM and Snapdragon 615 at Rs. 13,999, and the ZenFone 2 Laser (ZE601KL) with 6-inch full-HD display at Rs. 17,999.
