- Gionee Elife S7
After featuring slim smartphones, Gionee has moved one step ahead by launching Elife S7 for 15k in India. The device features an AMOLED display of 5.2-inches, and has been powered with 1.7GHz octa-core chipset, and 2GB of RAM. Scheduled for April 2015, this device is sure to be a big hit in the budget segment.
- Lenovo Vibe Shot
If you want a powerful device with brilliant picture taking capabilities, go Lenovo Vibe Shot. At MWC, Lenovo launched this device at a price point of $349, and offered a perfect package of specifications including, 5-inch full HD display, snapdragon 615 SoC, and 3GB RAM. The 16MP rear and 8MP front-facing camera packed with this device are perfect for standard as well as low-light shots!
- Lenovo A7000
Following the massive success of A6000, Lenovo has launched its successor to take on Yu Yureka and Iris X8. The A7000 or the phablet version of A6000 features a 5.5-inch HD display, powered with a 1.5GHz octa-core Soc, and 2GB of RAM. The device has been priced at $170, and will show in India during March.
- Microsoft Lumia 640 and Lumia 640XL
Along with Lenovo, Microsoft has also launched two budget devices, Lumia 640 and Lumia 640XL. The first one ships with a 5-inch HD display, 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 400 chipset, and 1GB RAM while the other offers same specs, but with a bigger 5.5-inch display, improved 3000mAh battery and 13MP camera. Both devices will come in 3G and 4G variants, and are expected to price around 10k and 15k in India!
- Sony Xperia M4 Aqua
Sony has offered a plastic version of its flagship in the form of Xperia M4 Aqua. At MWC, this waterproof device was launched for $330. It offers standard features, and includes Sony’s new cap-less micro-USB port. No doubt, this device from Sony will be a big hit in Indian smartphone market!
- ZTE Grand S3
ZTE Grand S3 offers flagship level features, and is expected to be priced around Rs. 27,000. The 5.5-inch full-HD display of this device has been powered with a snapdragon 810 chipset, and 3GB RAM. It offers a 16MP rear and 8MP front facing shooter, and is sure to stand as one of the best smartphone for ZTE till date.
- Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3
Last but not the least, Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 smartphones have also been launched at MWC. Featuring 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch display, these devices can be priced anywhere between 10k and 15k. However, being reversible their main highlight as you can easily make calls by turning the phone upside down as per your wish!
