Now Nokia seems all set to unveil its first Android powered flagship the Nokia 8, which was recently appeared on the company’s official website just a few days before from its expected launch. The device is expected to be revealed by Nokia on July 31.
There has been many rumours circulating about Nokia 8 from quite a long time. Earlier everyone was expecting that the Nokia 9 would be the iconic brand’s flagship smartphone this year, however, now Nokia 8 seems to be taking the flagship crown this year.
Yesterday, the Finnish mobile giant’s Chinese website updated an image of the Nokia 8, which stunned everyone who seen that. The image, which look similar to earlier image leaked by Evan Blass. In this accidental appearance we seen the metal build, physical keys and the Lumia like design ethos. The Nokia mobile phone is about to be launched in 4 different colour variants – blue, steel, gold/blue and gold/copper.
The Nokia 8 is likely to hold a powerful Snapdragon 835 processor along with 4GB or 6 GB RAM variants and the Adreno 540 GPU. Furthermore, the Nokia mobile phone is anticipated to sport a big 5.3-inch QuadHD display, 64GB of huge internal memory for massive data storage. In-fact, it also allows external memory via a microSD card slot. Not only this, but the device comes preloaded with latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.
When it comes to camera, the Nokia 8 would feature a Carl Zeiss powered dual camera setup at the rear with two 13MP sensors with 4K video recording support and a dual-LED flash with a 12MP front facing snapper for selfies. Its wonderful camera features makes it a tough competitor against many contestants in the best camera phone category. The beautiful device will have a fingerprint sensor at the front and is also expected to hold an iris scanner like the Samsung Galaxy S8.
