Samsung Galaxy Tab S 2 8-inch and 9.7-inch Specs Leaks Online

samsung-galaxy-tab-s2Samsung Galaxy Tab S 2 tablets come in two different variants that are an 8-inch (SM-T710) and 9.7-inch, which are expected to be launched soon, as per Sammobile. Not only this info, but some specifications of the tablets have also been leaked, such as the Samsung tablet would come featuring 2048×1536 pixels 4:3 Super AMOLED displays, just like the iPad Air, in place of 2560×1600 pixels WQXGA 16:10 displays appeared on the first Tab S series. Samsung has made them even slimmer than Apple’s iPad Air 2, which is merely 6.1mm thick.

The leak report also says that the tablet will be powered by an Octa-Core Exynos 5433, although it maight be powered by an Octa-Core 7420 processor. Not only this, but the rumour also advocates for a metallic frame, however, it is still not clear that the back of these tablets would remain same as the first Tab S series or it will also see some change. Unfortunately, there is still no image of the device, but you can check out the below mentioned specs.

  • 3GB RAM, 16GB / 32GB internal memory, microSD (up to 128 GB)

  • 4G LTE (Cat.6), Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, GLONASS
  • 5,870mAh battery

These Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 models are anticipated to be launched only by mid-2015. They can’t be expected to be unveiled on the March 1st Samsung Unpacked event along with the launch of Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.
