According to some previous rumours and leaked images, the device seems to come with some minor changes, at least on paper. The images show that the Xperia C4 will come with Android 5.0 Lollipop with Sony’s Custom UI on top, which is similar to those we have recently seen.
To recall, the Sony Xperia C3 has a 5.5-inch 720p display and runs on Snapdragon’s quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. it has 1 GB of RAM and an internal memory of 8 GB. Being a selfie centric phone, the Xperia C3 comes with 5 MP front facing shooter with support for wide angle images. When launched, the device was priced on the higher side which made the product a bit undesirable in the market.
There is still no official word from Sony about the launch of this device, but we expect it to happen within a couple of months, when the Xperia C3 completes its one year. The Xperia C4 would be mid-range device with specifications very similar to its predecessors and will also come with dual-SIM support. Being a key market, it will soon launch in India after its international launch.
